The certain CO., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as party A) and Shandong Xunda chemical group CO., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as party B) sign this contract through careful negotiation according to the supplement and relevant things for loading catalyst and ceramic ball of 2 million t/year P-Xylene project of second-phase project and 2# 2.5 million t/year naphtha hydrogenation unit & liquefied gas desulfurization unit & refining desulfurization tower (T-172).

performance guarantee

Refining desulfurizer performance should satisfy the following processing requirements:

Natural gas flow of inlet refining desulfurization tower: 24911.6kg/h; molecular weight: 55.8; operating pressure: 1.45 MPa (G); operating temperature: 40℃; H2S content in natural gas: 5~10ppm (wt).

Natural gas quality requirements after refining desulfurization: H2S ≤1ppm (wt), copper flat corrosion ≤one-stage.

performance assessment

Performance assessment should be performed in 6 months after start, if it exceeds this period, the assessment will be considered qualified.

Performance assessment time is continuous 72hours, including 110% loading operation for 6 hours, assessment projects are the performance guaranteed value. Both parties confirm the assessment scheme before the previous month. After the performance assessment is qualified, party A notices party B by writing.

If the performance assessment could not reach the performance guaranteed indexes, both parties will work hard to improve. If it is the reason of party B, party B is responsible for relevant responsibility and freely designs it, provides qualified refining desulfurizer until it confirms to requirements. If the product after improvement also couldn't reach the performance guaranteed value, party B will compensate for it according to relevant rules of commercial contract.
