One. Requirements of outlet gas of one-stage Claus reactor

At the conditions mentioned and the range of operating elasticity, sulfur recovery conversion ≥70%.

After reaction, H2S content <2% (mol%), SO2 content <0.2% (mol%).

The hydrolysis rate of organic sulfur (COS and CS2) ≥99%.

Two. Requirements of inlet gas of catalytic oxidation reactor

At the conditions mentioned and the range of operating elasticity, sulfur recovery conversion ≥85%.

After reaction, SO2 content <0.05% (mol%).

Three. The operating temperature and temperature rise of catalyst

Operating temperature of Claus reactor: 200~400℃, temperature rise: 50~200℃.

Operating temperature of catalytic oxidation reactor: 200~400℃, temperature rise: 50~200℃.

Four. The most heat-resistant temperature and time

The most heat-resistant temperature is 500℃, continually heat-resistant time should not exceed 24 hours.

Five. Catalyst lifetime: >4 years

Six. Sulfur generated in reactor reach the premium product of China sulfur standard (GB/T2449.1-2014). See in the table:

Seller is responsible for transporting the catalyst to the place designated by buyer (negotiated by contract), buyer checks the catalyst according to the product quality standards, technical requirements, performance promise of sulfur recovery catalyst mentioned and the contract signed by both sides.

Performance assessment

Performance assessment should be performed in 3 months after the production situation is normal operating. At the processing conditions that satisfy this contract mentioned (at normal operating situation and range), if buyer operate according to the load and start-off measure provided by seller, the catalyst can't reach the lifetime and effect promised by seller because of the quality problem of catalyst or the measure problem provided by seller, seller will pay for it. The standards according to the commercial contract negotiated or the requirements of user's unit.

Provide enterprise standards, quality inspection report and product qualified certificate of catalyst.

Provide early-stage service, dispatching experienced technical individuals to check out the sulfur recovery process and processing indexes, provide reasonable advice and optimization of processing measure, ensure that the start is successful.

Provide load, start-off measure and operation introduction of catalyst, at the same time, make measures that during load production and normal production in early-stage start according to the process features of buyer. Writing the operating points and cautions according to the live date of start.

Provide technical service of catalyst start, dispatching experienced technical individuals to the live and cooperate with buyer to make load and start-off measures of catalyst, performing technical service and staff training at the same time.
