Raw Material Verification
We source precious metals and chemical reagents only from certified suppliers. Every batch undergoes incoming inspection, including metal purity analysis by ICP-OES, moisture determination, and impurity screening. This prevents any deviation in catalyst composition from the very beginning.
Controlled Manufacturing Process
Production follows standardized operating procedures to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. Parameters such as temperature, pH, reaction time, and stirring speed are continuously monitored and recorded. Automated dosing systems reduce human error and improve process repeatability.
Comprehensive Product Testing
