The certain CO., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as party A) and Shandong Xunda chemical group CO., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as party B) sign the following contract based on the propylene refining unit of 450 thousand t/year polypropylene equipment which purchase molecular sieve, desulfurizer, ceramic ball and steel net.

service
1. All products must confirm to the designed standards selected.
2. The product provided by party B should sufficiently consider the reliability, safety and economic of equipment operation, select excellent material. After signature, party A has right to propose some supplemental requirements because of the change of specification, standards and rules, the specific content is negotiated by both parties.
3. Party B should supply goods according to the bidding standards, the product technical indexes reach the purchase technical requirements of party A. this contract for technology will be the technical attachment after signing purchase contract and an effective part of contract.
4. Party B produces product according to the bidding requirements and national standards.
5. when party B supply goods, the relevant qualified certificate should be transported with goods, including product quality inspection report, MSDS and operation introduction.
6. All quality inspection certificates should be sealed with new seal of quality inspection department.

performance guarantee
Various operating elasticity based on designed basis required (the most elasticity is 120%, that is satisfying the following conditions at the most operating situation), each guarantee value of 3A molecular sieve, A911 COS hydrolysis, Z919 ZnO desulfurizer and inert ceramic ball is as follows:
1. Lifetime: at the beginning of introduction, the guarantee period of 3A, A911, Z919 is 4 years and the lifetime is 5 years
2. Impurity removal performance: at the designed processing conditions, inlet overall sulfur content is less than 0.5ppm/mol, dew point is less than -80℃. Removal accuracy of impurity at propylene inlet and outlet see in table 1:

package and attachment mark
A911, Z919, 3A molecular sieve provided by party B should be sealed packaging with tons bag, inert ceramic ball should be packaged in woven bag, and the product inspection report should be transport with them. The marks like name and batch number should be marked on obvious place, writing should clear.
The packaging of 3A molecular sieve: jumbo bag, ≤ 1400kg/bag.
The packaging of A911, Z919: jumbo bag, ≤ 1400kg/bag.
Inert ceramic ball: 25kg/bag.
The package will be returned after the loading is completed.
