(hereinafter referred to as party A) wants to utilize the chlorine remover for naphtha, chlorine remover for H2, high-temperature chlorine remover for regenerative gas that developed and produced by Shandong Xunda chemical group CO., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as party B) in the 1 million t/year continuous reforming unit chlorine remover project. To reach the guarantee effect and clear the responsibilities of both sides, both sides sign this contract through technical communication and friendly negotiation.

At normal start and operating conditions, chlorine content in pre-hydrogenation ≤20 ppm wt, chlorine content after removal ≤1 ppm wt, the lifetime of chlorine remover in pre-hydrogenation dechlorination reactor ≥12 months.
At normal start and operating conditions, chlorine content in H2 ≤10 ppm (v/v), chlorine content after removal ≤1 ppm (v/v), the lifetime of chlorine remover in H2 dechlorination tank ≥8 months; if chlorine content in H2 ≤7 ppm (v/v), the lifetime of chlorine remover in H2 dechlorination tank ≥12 months.
At normal start and operating conditions, chlorine content in regenerative gas ≤10 ppm (v/v), chlorine content after removal ≤1 ppm (v/v), the lifetime of chlorine remover in high-temperature dechlorination tank ≥12 months.
Chlorine remover should not make impaction to the catalyst activity, solvent performance and equipment in upper and lower stream of unit system. Chlorine remover must have appropriate strength and water resistant, no powdering and no argillic alteration to prevent dechlorination tank or pipeline from being blocking.

scheme
Start-off of chlorine remover: 1. Load of chlorine remover. 2. Place two floors ferric net that pore is less that 5mm on the grate of dechlorination groove. 3. Place one floors ceramic balls that height is 100 and φ20-30mm on the ferric net. 4. Use professional tools to uniformly load chlorine remover to the center and around of tower. 5. During loading, inspect the load is or not smooth and uniform. If it need staff into the tower to load, it must place board on chlorine remover and staff should stand on it to work. 6. The top of tower should place a layer of ferric net and ceramic balls which height 50 and φ20-30 to prevent chlorine remover from being dispersed by air flow and make air flow uniform distribution.
Start of chlorine remover: 1. Use N2 or other inert gas to replace system, until O2 in gas <0.5% that considered the replacement is qualified. 2. Use N2 or N2-H2, synthesis gas for temperature rise at the condition of normal or apply pressure. 3. The process of temperature rise: room temperature~120℃ is 30~50℃/h, 120℃ constant temperature for 2 hours; above 120℃ is 50℃/h, until the temperature required, then constant temperature for 4 hours. 4. During constant temperature process, it can be gradually raised with 0.5MPa/10min, until the operating pressure. 5. After temperature and pressure rise are completed, perform half-load production for about 4 hours first, then adjust temperature, pressure and air flow, after operation is stable, gradually increase load and introduce to normal production. 6. If apply pressure first and then rise temperature, it is also strictly controlled according to the requirements mentioned, because the excessive operation will make stress action, then make the catalyst powdering. 7. Operating temperature is gradually raised within using range, it can increase chlorine content.
