Production Process

 

Raw Material Selection: High-purity support (γ-Al₂O₃/molecular sieve) + noble metal (Pt/Pd) are selected to stabilize acidic sites and enhance reactivity.

 

Support Preparation: Molding and calcination control the pore structure and acidity to maintain the specific surface area within the range required for isomerization (approximately 200–300 m²/g).

 

Active Component Introduction: Precise impregnation or ion exchange technology is employed to maintain metal dispersion at 1–3 nm, improving activity and resistance to coking.

 

Process Control: Consistent performance is ensured for each batch by controlling key parameters such as pH, calcination temperature, and chlorine content.

 

Packaging and shipping

 

The product is packaged in sealed iron drums or ton bags with inner moisture-proof linings to ensure stable activity. During transportation, the pallets are secured and moisture-proofed, supporting both land and sea transport. The product is non-hazardous (as per the MSDS), making loading and unloading convenient, safe, and reliable.
