Product Application
HT-1 Pd Oxygen Remover is primarily used for purifying hydrogen combustion in power plants that use hydrogen as fuel, as well as for producing high-purity carbon monoxide needed in high-carbon alcohol production. It is also used in water electrolysis for hydrogen and oxygen production.
Usage & Storage Instructions



Argon and nitrogen are hydrogen-free gases. To remove oxygen from them via catalytic deoxidation, a suitable quantity of hydrogen must be introduced. The required hydrogen dosage is determined by the oxygen concentration of the feed gas. The operating temperature can be freely adjusted within the allowable working range according to the residual oxygen target (deoxidation depth) to be achieved, as different temperatures deliver different deoxidation performance.
HT-1 Pd Oxygen Remover is packaged in a cardboard drum (lined with a plastic bag inside). Keep it dry and avoid contact with other chemical products, rolling is prohibited during transport. Sealed storage for 3~5 years without affecting its quality.
