Sulfur recovery catalyst can be used in any reactor. Depending on the operating conditions, the maximum conversion rate of H2S can reach more than 96.5%, and the hydrolysis rates of COS and CS2 can reach 99% and 70% respectively. The temperature range is 180℃-400℃, and the maximum temperature resistance is 600℃.
Claus sulfur recovery uses Claus basic reaction, that is, H2S reacts with SO2 to generate elemental sulfur (S) and H2O:
