Ammonia Decomposition Catalyst with MgO as carrier,and covering activity component, can stably work in high temperature. Its refractoriness can reach to 1700°C, high catalytic activity, high- strength, anti-coking, anti-poisoning.

The Ammonia Decomposition Catalyst is prepared by high-temperature calcination above 1400℃. Therefore, when the reaction temperature is not higher than this temperature, the catalyst will not sinter or deform. However, in actual use, it is best to control the reaction temperature between 1000℃-1300℃ and not operate it for a long time above 1300℃ to prevent the sintering and loss of active components of the catalyst, which may cause degradation of catalyst performance. Due to the presence of H2S and a small amount of organic matter in the ammonia gas of coke ovens, long-term operation at temperatures lower than normal should also be avoided to prevent other side reactions from occurring.

Ammonia Decomposition Catalyst for Hydrogen Production is packaged in a cardboard drum (lined with a plastic bag), each drum has a net weight of 40kg. During transport, pay attention to handle with care and prevent the product from being damaged. Pay attention to avoid dampness and pollution.
