High Sulfur Conversion Rate
The catalyst maintains high activity over a wide temperature range. The high specific surface area of γ-Al₂O₃ and optimized pore structure enhance reaction contact efficiency, increasing sulfur recovery to 96–98%.
Strong High-Temperature Stability
The addition of rare earth additives stabilizes the crystal structure, allowing it to withstand temperature fluctuations of 500–550°C, reducing sintering and deactivation, and extending its service life by 20–40% compared to conventional catalysts.
Strong COS/CS₂ Conversion Capacity
Modified alumina provides more acidic sites, improving the adsorption and hydrolysis efficiency of COS and CS₂, and reducing the organic sulfur content in the exhaust gas.
High Mechanical Strength
The extruded structure enhances compressive strength, resulting in lower pulverization rate, effectively reducing bed pressure drop and extending maintenance intervals.
Packaging and Transportation
Packaging is provided in 25kg composite kraft paper bags or 500–1000kg ton bags, with an inner moisture-proof film lining to ensure storage stability. Pallet packaging and container shipping are supported for convenient bulk transportation and handling.
