A918 activated alumina catalyst
Core Technical Advantages
Excellent Catalytic Performance
Leveraging the high specific surface area (≥300 m²/g) and uniform pore size distribution (100-700 nm) of the aluminum-based support, the H₂S conversion efficiency remains stable above 96%, with the sulfur product purity reaching 99.5%. This effectively minimizes the interference of by-products on subsequent processes.
Superior Hydrothermal Stability
The γ-alumina support exhibits exceptional high-temperature resistance (maximum operating temperature: 500℃) and tolerance to high moisture levels. Even under high-humidity and short-term high-temperature operating conditions, it maintains high catalytic activity-addressing the common issues of traditional catalysts such as easy pulverization and rapid activity decay. Its service life is extended to over 6 years.
Flexible Operating Condition Adaptability
Suitable for a wide temperature range of 220-350℃, it is compatible with conventional Claus processes and Super Claus processes. For waste gases with varying sulfur contents (20%-100%), efficient treatment can be achieved by adjusting the catalyst loading volume, fully complying with the latest environmental standards such as GB 31570-2015 Emission Standards for Pollutants from Petroleum Refining Industry.
